Alan is an experienced aviation professional with more than six years of management consulting and line management experience. He brings to clients strong analytical and problem solving skills, having implemented business improvement programmes for multiple companies across Asia and Australia.

Alan started his career with Singapore Airlines, working in various teams that spanned operations, marketing and strategy. In particular, he was one of the pioneer members of the airline’s Business Transformation team, where he helped to kickstart its three-year long transformation program. Prior to joining Alton Aviation Consultancy, Alan was a consultant with Partners in Performance, an operations-focused consultancy firm. where he worked across multiple industries including aviation, hospitality, manufacturing and engineering services.

Alan has a BSc in Economics from University College London, and a MSc in Financial and Managerial Economics from HEC Paris.
