Mukhtaris Aris

Vice President Aircraft Maintenance Management

Mukhtaris was born in Pontianak, Indonesia. He is a graduate of 10 Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS), where he received his bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.

After graduation, he joined PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk as an engineer, where he began his specialization in powerplant. He has been with the company for 9 years, with the initial 7 years in Powerplant Engineering Program Department, working his way up from powerplant engineer to Senior Manager position.
Mukhtaris also has experience as the technical representative of aircraft delivery, six sigma project, entry into service coordinator for powerplant, and several campaign in aircraft and engine.

Currently, Mukhtaris is assigned as the Vice President of Aircraft Maintenance Management in PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Some of his responsible area are maintenance planning, technical operation, cabin performance, material management, and efficiency program.
