Since 2010, Zhang Xiaodong has worked for Spring Airlines Co., Ltd, formerly as Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Control Center Engineer, and now as the Material Director of Spring Airlines Technology Development Jiangsu Co., Ltd, he is Responsible for Materials, Equipment Procurement and Trade-related works, and also responsible for the operation of the  China Union of Aviation Maintenance and Assistance-CUAMA platform which is initiated by 15 airlines in China.
