Randhill Singh is the General Manager at MAHB, one of largest airport operator groups managing 39 airports with international operations in Istanbul and Hyderabad. Throughout his 11 career years with the Group, he has undertaken various roles and responsibilities across Transformation Management, Malaysia International Aerospace Centre and Group Corporate Planning.
Randhill has been instrumental in crafting the Runway to Success 2020 (RtS2020), a transformative 5-year business direction centred on enhancing the core airport business and customer experience, as well as driving the Group’s expansion and diversification into airport city development and international airport investments. He currently leads KLIA Aeropolis Sdn Bhd, MAHB’s subsidiary overseeing real estate development across the airports in Malaysia among which includes the KLIA Aeropolis development and the Subang Airport Regeneration initiative and its ongoing implementation.
He has been responsible for the execution of Malaysia Airports’ cross-border joint ventures related to real estate/ non-airport development within Malaysia, namely Mitsui Fudosan’s 1st foray into ASEAN to develop Kuala Lumpur 1st premium outlet, Alibaba Group’s 1st Electronic World Trade Platform (eWTP) Hub outside China a.k.a Regional E-Commerce hub at KLIA Aeropolis DFTZ Park. The recent strategic endeavour was Subang Aerotech Park development, a joint venture with Boustead Projects Limited, a Singapore leading industrial real estate developer with 3 million sqm of industrial land developed for focused industries.
Randhill is a certified International Airport Professional (IAP) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) holder with a Degree in Civil Engineering.
